1. About the service
La Dolce Vita is a digital self-study language product sold by Shankara Shop. By purchasing or using the digital materials, you agree to these terms.
2. Your purchase
Once your purchase is completed, the files you receive are yours to keep and use without an expiry date. You may download them, store backup copies, use them across your own devices, print them, annotate them and adapt them for your own learning.
3. Access and delivery
Digital access is normally provided electronically after checkout. You are responsible for supplying a working email address and for keeping your own copies of downloaded files.
4. Educational content
The materials are provided for independent language learning. Progress depends on how you use the material, how consistently you practise and many other factors. Nothing on the site should be read as a promise of a particular learning outcome.
5. Third-party services
Checkout, payment processing, hosting and other site functions may be provided by third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply when you use those services.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, replace or reorganise parts of the website or digital materials. Existing downloaded files remain yours to keep.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shankara Shop is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or digital materials. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
